Is it safe?

Yes! I have been to all destinations as a single woman and felt very safe. If you are out on your own on free time or with the guides you are well looked after.  Please note using basic safety and awareness such as keeping money/ cards on your person, keeping expensive things out of sight when you are not using them. Go out in pairs or groups

Is there a lot of walking?

At times there will be walking but most are short distances with breaks. We can accommodate as needed and you can choose to attend or sit this one out

Am I required to attend all scheduled activities?

No, this is your experience, and you can attend or not attend all scheduled activities as you see fit.

Can I use Alcohol and other substances during the trip?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Alcohol is at your own expense if you choose to drink. It is not encouraged to get intoxicated during the retreat rather drink socially, as the purpose of the retreats is wellness and embracing the local experience. Non- prescription drugs are prohibited. The host reserves the right to ask travelers to leave the retreat with no refund and at their own expense if substances are abused in excess and repetitively during the retreat. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all travelers We do want you to have fun and remember your experience.

Do I have to pay for my retreat all at once?

Accepted Answer

No there are payment plan options. When you hit book now there are payment options.

Do I need Insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, personal travel insurance is always recommended. As your well-being and safety is our number one priority accidents can happen.

Do I need cash?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is always good to have some cash on hand of the local currency, smaller bills for local shopping and restaurants. Bank machines are available, and most places take debit.

How do I get to and from the airport?

All travelers will be picked up and dropped off at the airport or a hotel for overnight stays pre/post retreat. Most hotels have shuttle services.

What if I have food allergies and special needs?

At the time of booking, you will get a form to fill out to share all dietary needs. Destinations are very accommodating at giving food choices for those who have special needs with food.

Is a deposit required and is it  refundable?

Accepted Answer

Yes a deposit is required to hold your spot on the retreat. No, deposits are non-refundable.  When booking destinations, they require deposits that are non-refundable.

Question 12

What if my roommate snores?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes this happens, this is not something that can be controlled. We suggest you bring earplugs or a Bluetooth headband to listen to light music. We do our best to accommodate however, it is not a guarantee.
